Dear Players,
Around two weeks ago, Nexon dealt with a number of issues that to a greater or lesser extent affected all of our games. This was due to a combination of technical issues and an increase in malicious attempts to take down our systems. Our development and production teams worked around the clock to solve these issues and have made a great deal of progress. There remain problems to solve though, and the battle against external forces that can affect our games is ongoing.
On behalf of everyone at Nexon, I’d like to offer our most sincere apologies for the issues you’ve experienced. We understand that issues like this aren’t about the loss of a few items or levels, but the loss of the time you’ve invested in games you love. The great communities you’ve formed are the lifeblood of our games, and damage to your confidence in our service is something we take very personally. We’re the stewards of your worlds, and we will never stop pushing to deliver the solid gaming experience you deserve.
