The Master Lantern Maker can only have one successor and his Students need your help! Collect Firefly Light so they can create an extra special lantern to impress their Master. And don't forget to enjoy the Fireflies and Night Petals throughout Tir Chonaill! Check out the details below.
The Beautiful Lights for the Night Event
Event Dates: Thursday, October 15th, After Maintenance - Thursday, November 12th, Before MaintenanceEvent Details
- During the event, you will receive the quest, "[Guide] Passing the Torch".
- Talk to the Master Lantern Maker in Tir Chonaill.
- Register a main character with the Master Lantern Maker.
- You can only register one character per account.
- After setting your main character, a Crystalumen Potion is added to your account once every 10 minutes after 7:00 AM PDT in real time every day. You can receive up to 5 each day.
- The Crystalumen Potion is only added to the main character.
- Time doesn't reset when you change channels, re-login, or rebirth, but the time in the Soul Stream doesn't count.
- The Crystalumen Potion is used to crystallize Firefly Light, which is needed to complete the quest.
- It can only be used between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM Erinn time.
- It can only be used in Tir Chonaill.
- Once completed, you will receive the following rewards:
- 10,000 EXP
- 3,000 Gold
- All event quests and items will be removed when the event ends.
Daily Quest
Some Light Work
- The daily quest resets every day at 7:00 AM PDT.
- Talk to one of the Master's Students to select which one you will help that day. You can only help one student per day.
- Once completed, you will earn the following rewards:
- 10,000 EXP
- 3,000 Gold
- Firefly Coin x30
Completion Quest
The Lantern Maker's Successor
- Help the Master's Students complete their final lantern.
- Help each Student complete their daily quest "Some Light Work" five times. You will need to complete the daily quest a total of 20 times (five times for each of the four Students).
- You will earn the following rewards after helping each Student:
- Master's First Student: Glass Candlestick
- Master's Second Student: Flora Lantern
- Master's Third Student: Hexagon Lantern
- Master's Fourth Student: Chick Lantern
- All lanterns are tradeable and have the following stats:
- Fast 3 hit two-handed blunt weapon
- Damage 26 - 43
- Injury 0 - 0%
- Critical 20%
- Balance 60%
- Durability 10
- Once you have completed the quest, you will earn the following rewards:
- 10,000 EXP
- 3,000 Gold
- Firefly Coin x50
- Memory of Fireflies 2nd Title Coupon
- Luck +30

Login Rewards
- Any player who is not a beginner can participate in this portion of the event.
- Night petals appear in locations around Tir Chonaill every day from 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM in Erinn Time.
- Use the Night Petals when you want to receive 1500% additional EXP for Shadow Missions. These cannot be used with other Shadow Crystals.
- You can collect the Night Petals up to 3 times each day. This resets daily at 7:00 AM PDT.
- Check out the locations in Tir Chonaill marked in blue to find fireflies or Night Petals!
