The Nexon support site update has been concluded. Nexon’s support site – support.nexon.net – is now live and accepting player tickets and inquiries.
Please not that if you see any unusual characters or artifacts on your screen, this may be a result of your browser’s encoding setting. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
In your Internet browser:
Look for the “Encoding” or “Character Encoding” menu, usually found under the View menu. Set the encoding option to “Unicode (UTF-8).” Make sure the refresh the page once you are done. Thank you for your patience during this process!
