Greetings Mabinogians!
September is a time of new beginnings. Children go back to school, the summer ends, fall begins and we take stock of where we've been and where we're going. We're doing that this week as we look back to our beginnings. What was the toughest challenge you faced when you began your fantasy life? Check out this week's question of the week to see what your fellow Mabinogians had to say. Then looking to the future, this month also sees a whole lot of double EXP weekends, some great ongoing events and yes -- a zombie attack!

Question of the Week
Mabinogi is a wonderful world and an amazing place to spend your fantasy life, but it's not always easy to get started. This week we wanted to know what gave you difficulty when you were starting out in Erinn and while there were a few diffferent answers, the most common ones were combat and skills. As always, go out of your way to protect and nurture new players. The clueless person you help today may be the mighty warrior who save your life tomorrow?

"The most difficult aspect of the game for new players is definitely the combat system. Since it is so versatile, new players are not familiar with using multiple skills in order to not lose health. When double aggros are thrown into the mix, this process gets much more complicated. After some experience, many realize how responsive and advanced the combat system is." ~Gordon Z.
"If I were just starting out, I'd probably be most confused about the skill system. The options are so vast, new players might get overwhelmed and be unsure of what skills they should rank."~ Joey W.
"The economy. It's difficult to get used to, as it changes so often. I'm sure I wasn't the only one that tried selling Ice Spear pg 3 thinking I was going to make a fortune, only to find out it was just about worthless (Well, maybe I was. Who knows?). Events also have a huge impact on prices. I'd definitely be surprised with sudden dips in item prices happening all the time.?"~ Tina N.
