Longa Desert Ruins and Mysterious Arrows

The Longa Desert Ruins can be found near Filia, the town of the Elves located in Connous. You can find the said ruins using an L-Rod, and once you discover the ruins, it will be maintained for 1 week in real time before it disappears. When you successfully discover the ruins, you will be able to earn a special title as well as an Enchant Scroll.

When you discover the Longa Desert Ruins, an icon indicating a ruins will appear on your Minimap.
* As Filia is a town of the Elves, the Giants or the Humans who support the Giants cannot purchase any items, and must be on the lookout for any Elf guards and their attacks.
1. The Mysterious Arrow
In order to acquire a Mysterious Arrow, you must first defeat the Boss monster, Golem, of the Long Ruins which can be entered using an Emerald Arrow, Topaz Arrow, or Amethyst Arrow.
Although only one Mysterious Arrow is necessary to enter the ruins, collect as many as you can in order to meet the objective of the ruins.
2. The Construction of the Longa Desert Ruins and its Monsters
The Long Desert Ruins which you enter using the Mysterious Arrow is comprised of three levels of floors, and each floor presents higher difficulty level in comparison to the regular Longa Desert Ruins. Due to the high difficulty level of this ruins, it is encouraged that you form a party to safely clear the ruins.

Multiple number of monsters detect their opponent at once, and the Lizard Witch and the Ghost Servant type monsters use magic which can leave the entire party unconscious.
Recognize each monster’s characteristics to determine which approach would be most effective when battling.
3. The Boss Monster
When you enter the Longa Desert Ruins using a Mysterious Arrow, the Boss monster you will encounter is the Guardian and the Guardian Horse of the Ruins. Although they may look exactly the same as the monsters that appear in regular Longa Desert Ruins, you will witness their stronger power when battling.
The Guardian of the Ruins attack by summoning 4 Magic Golems; keep in mind that you must defeat the Guardian of the Ruins in order to clear the ruins, so you must be on the lookout for the Golems when battling the Boss monster.
Attacking is disabled when the Guardian of the Ruins is on the Guardian Horse of the Ruins; hence, you must attack the Guardian Horse of the Ruins to dismount the Guardian of the Ruins. Because the regular attacks do not inflict any damage on the Guardian of the Ruins, you must use the Mysterious Arrow and engage in a long range attack.
Once you’ve successfully defeated the Guardian of the Ruins, you can acquire items such as a Long Bow enchanted with the Palm Tree Enchant or the Butterfly Silk Wear at a low rate.
